Course explanation:
This 2-day intensive training course covers the primary principles involved in the use of specialised certification testers, as used to ensure full system compliance for
CAT 5e, CAT6 and CAT6a. The training itself is to enable experienced data cabling installation engineers that are already familiar with copper cable installations, to gain further skills and practical experience on a variety of certification testers. The course itself is particularly useful for those seeking to vastly improve
their skills in interpreting test results, carrying out diagnostic checks and fault rectification.
As part of this course, it is expected that delegates are already familiar with CAT 5e and CAT 6 systems, and that reference will be made to future proposed copper cabling standards and system developments.
Who will benefit from this course?
Data Cabling Installation Engineers who are either already working in the field and are seeking to increase their testing and certification skills.
